As the Art Director at Mustard Leadership for five years, a schools ministry empowering students to lead Lunchtime Groups where they explore and live out their Christian faith, I collaborated with the core team to create a 3-part resource guide for new groups based on Mustard’s core values: Gather, Explore, and Live.
The guides were established to help students aged 14–18 establish their own group core values and goals. Designed for a peer-to-peer model without adult leadership, the guides supported teenagers in building meaningful, faith-based communities within their schools.
